All services are developmental and educational in nature.

Our services are not legal, medical, psychological, financial, or therapeutic advice. Participation in coaching, assessments, or consulting does not create a client-therapist, client-attorney, or fiduciary relationship.

Clients are responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation in services.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

For team engagements, organizations are responsible for setting appropriate expectations with participants regarding participation and use of results.

6. Assessments & Development Tools

Assessments and development tools are used for learning and development purposes only. They are not intended for diagnosis, evaluation, or employment decision-making unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Results may be influenced by self-reporting and participant engagement. No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual proposals, agreements, or invoices. We do not collect payment through this website. Payments are handled offline via invoicing, check, or ACH payment.

Failure to remit payment according to agreed terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, reasonable notice is expected for rescheduling services.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
