About Eric

I am a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with more than 30 years of leadership experience across military, civilian, nonprofit, and academic environments. My background spans operational and strategic leadership, teaching, coaching, and advisory roles. I bring a grounded, practical approach shaped by real-world experience, personal values, proven tools, and a commitment to helping people lead with confidence and poise.
